So, you can get log on to BSC-Net, but you cannot pull up any web pages or you cannot log on at all.  The best source of technical support on this problem is in the Windows Help File.  To get to the Windows Help file in Windows 95 or Windows 98, just do the following:

1. Go to the desktop.

2. Single click on "Start".

3. Click on "Help".

4. Click on the "Contents" Tab.

5. Double Click on the "Troubleshooting Icon".

6. Look for the topic "If you have trouble using the internet".

7. Double click on "If you have trouble using the internet".

8. Follow the instructions in the wizard.  If you need some of our Settings, then go this way.
