So, you are using the Netscape Communicator 6.x and are
having problems receiving you mail and want to check your server information.
The best place to look is in the the Program's "Help"
Files. But, if you would rather listen to us, then away we go.

Open up Netscape Communicator and Single click on
"Edit" and come down to "Mail/News Account Settings" and
single left click. You should
see something like the image below.

After single clicking on "Mail/News Account Settings", you
should see something like the image below.

Single left click on your email account (i.e. smith@bscn.com)

Single left click on the "Delete" button.

Single left click on the "New Account" button. This
should pull up a screen like the one below:

Make sure that the "ISP or email provider" circle has a dot in
it.

Single left click on the "Next" button. You should see a
screen like the one below:

Type your name in the "Your Name" box (i.e. John Smith).

Then type your email address in the "Email Address" box in all
lower case (i.e. smith@bscn.com.

Click on the "Next" button. You should see a screen like
the one below:

Your "Server Type" should be POP Mail Server and both incoming
and outgoing mail servers should be "mail.bscn.com" exactly like
the image above.

Then, click the "Next" button to see a screen like the one
below:

Type your user name in the box (i.e. smith).

Single left click on the "Next" button. You should see a
screen like the one below:

Type in a name for this account (i.e. smith@bscn.com).

Single left click on the "Next" button. You should see a
screen like the one below:

Single left click on the "Finish" button.
