We'll be bringing the Mail Server down early on the morning of the 21st for maintanance and SPAM/Virus Software installation. Recently, Southwestern Bell Telephone has raised prices on the High Capacity Phone lines we use to provide you Dial-Up Internet service. Due to these price increases (an over 70% increase), and the lack of interest in Dial-Up Service in your areas (Blytheville, Osceola) we will no longer be able to provide these services in your area. Therefore as of August 31st, 2002 (8-21-2002) the local Dial-Up number in these areas will be disconnected. However, we will still be serving these areas with our High-Speed Wireless Service. If you are interested in this High-Speed Internet Access, please call our Jonesboro Offices at 870-910-6969 and tell the operator that you're in one of the areas that is being discontinued and we'll make special arangements to get your site tested for availability and converted over to this competitivly priced and superior alternative to Dial-Up.

April 15th, 2002

After completing the network changes, a phone company problem has caused Lake City, Monette, Caraway, and Leachville to be down.  We are hoping to have the problem solved as soon as possible.

April 14th, 2002

An equipment problem cause dial-up service to be down in Trumann since 11:00 pm on April 13th.  The problem was corrected at 12:30 pm today.

April 13th, 2002

On Monday, April 15th, we will be making network changes that will affect the following areas:

Manila
Lake City
Caraway
Monette
Leachville

These changes should only affect dial-up service is most areas, and will affect both dial-up and wireless services in Leachville.  We hope to begin the changes on later than 10:00 am and have them completed by 11:00 am.  If possible we will begin the changes even earlier.

We have now got our new news feed working.  Binaries and warez related groups should now have updated posting.

A fiber optic line was cut between Jonesboro and Monette that cause Monette, Caraway, Manila, and Leachville dial-up cities to not be able verify usernames and passwords.  The line should now be fixed.

Equipment problems have cause the Trumann Dial-Up, Bay Wireless, Burdette Wireless, Blytheville Dial-Up, and Osceola Dial-UP to be down since 10:00 pm last night.  We are currently working to correct the problem.

Additional phone lines have been ordered for Trumann.  We expect the lines to be install in 2 to 3 weeks.

We now provide local dial-up to the Osceola area.  You can sign-up at our Jonesboro office, our online sign-up, or at the following reseller.

We are experiencing an issue with one of our upstream providers we are multihomed which means we have multiple providers that are supposed to take over in the event of a failure of link however this is not a link failure it is a router failure. We are working on rerouting all traffic through a different provider we are sorry for the inconvience.
